Professional Learning Sessions
The Academy is facilitated in a blended model over an ongoing period of time. All sessions are collaborative relevant, personalized, learner-centered, engaging, and incorporate research-based practices.
Individualized Coaching
Up to 15 hours of support and feedback through follow-up virtual coaching sessions will be provided to Academy participants. Research reveals that ongoing coaching paired with high-quality professional development substantially increases the transfer and application of new learning.
