Tuition for PowerSchool University includes the following amenities:

4 Days of Training

Attend four days of training within PowerSchool solutions to gain hands-on professional development for novice to advanced PowerSchool users.

Course Content – Curriculum Connection (CC)

Access digital curriculum for a variety of PowerSchool solutions. This access extends beyond your week at PSU so that you can continue learning!

Catered Event Meals

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on instructional days (Monday-Thursday).

Social Event & Networking Opportunities

Take advantage of several networking events throughout the week, including our signature Tuesday night social, which features a reception and entertainment exclusively for PSU attendees.

The PSU Learning Experience

We want you to leave PowerSchool University with all of your questions answered. You’ll work directly within PowerSchool solutions and receive step-by-step, hands-on training throughout every course. PSU Social Event

Join us for a reception at the Disneyland®  Hotel and the opportunity to socialize with your fellow PowerSchool users on Tuesday, June 30. Then, head to Disneyland® park  with a complimentary twilight pass.

  • 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.:  Reception at the Disneyland®  Hotel
  • 4:00 p.m. – Close:  Visit Disneyland Park

The twilight park ticket is only good for the evening of Tuesday, June 30 at Disneyland park beginning at 4:00 p.m.; attendance at the reception is optional if you wish to go to the park directly.

  • All PSU attendees must RSVP for the social event
  • The cost of this event is included in your PSU Anaheim registration
  • Attendees may bring a single guest for the discounted rate of $150 USD

To sign up for or decline this event, go to My Registrations and select RSVP under Exclusives. There is no additional cost for your participation in the social event.

If you wish to bring a single guest, you must RSVP by Wednesday, May 6 by selecting Attending with Guest and providing their name. Guest tickets are available at the discounted rate of $150, payable in advance via CVENT.

We’re bringing the school spirit to PowerSchool University! Thursday is Spirit Day, and we encourage all attendees to wear their favorite spirit wear from their school—whether it’s from your district, alma mater, or the school you support.

At each event, we will feature a local non-profit, highlighting how community efforts can serve as a unifying force in education. OC Animal Allies is a non-profit organization whose programs are aimed at saving the lives of animals by providing community education, emergency resources, and referral services to Orange County community residents. Event Location

The Disneyland®  Hotel is part of the Disneyland®  Resort in Anaheim, in the heart of sunny Southern California. The location allows you easy access to both Disney’s®  California Adventure and Disneyland®  Park as well as the Downtown Disney®  District, providing many dining and entertainment options within walking distance.  Anaheim has a vibrant yet laid-back vibe, a creative spirit, and a diverse range of activities that make it one of the nation’s most popular destinations. The city offers visitors a wide array of unique activities. Whether you’re looking to shop the latest trends in fashion or picnic in a park, there’s a place for you. Discounted Disneyland® Tickets 

Starting January 7th, discounted  Disneyland® tickets are available for advance purchase through the PSU Disneyland®  website. Tickets are valid from Thursday, June 25 to Monday, July 6, 2026. The online ticket store is available until Saturday, June 25 at 9:00 pm PT.  To receive the discount, tickets must be purchased in advance.

*Unfortunately, conference check-in after 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday does not allow time for breakfast.  

What to Expect at Check In

During check-in, you’ll receive: 

  • Your schedule and other materials 
  • Instructions for accessing PSU Curriculum 
  • Ticket(s) to the social event (if requested in advance)

In an effort to control event cost, PowerSchool University will not have replacement laptops available.

To actively participate in hands-on activities and to access curriculum, bring a laptop with you. Your laptop must have administrative access in order to download any required content or programs.

Please work with your IT department to ensure you have access.  Learn more about hardware recommendations.

Attire – What to Wear

PowerSchool University is casual, so please wear what is comfortable to you. Keep in mind that temperatures in the meeting spaces can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a sweater and dressing in layers.

Certificate of Participation

A Certificate of Participation will be made available to all participants on Customer Education Campus. Instructions for accessing the certificate will be sent via email at the conclusion of the event.

Hotel Information

Sessions and meals will take place at the Disneyland®  Hotel. We’ve arranged a nightly discount rate of $299 + tax USD. In addition, we have limited room blocks available at Disney’s Grand California at the rate of $399 + tax USD per night and Pixar Place Hotel at the rate of $299 + tax USD per night.

Book your room at the preferred rate by 5:00 pm CT  Thursday, May 28  using the dedicated PSU online reservation site  or call (714) 520-5005.  

  • Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis  
  • Reservations received after Thursday, May 28 may not receive the discounted conference rate and will be accepted based on availability  
  • A credit card deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual reservation  
  • Want to extend your stay? The preferred rate is available three days prior and three days after the event, based on availability. 
  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am 

 

Travel Information

Traveling to PSU Anaheim 
Recommended Airport is the John Wayne Airport (SNA), approximately 15 miles from the Disneyland®  Hotel. 

You can also fly into the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which is a larger airport and has more airline options but is approximately 34 miles from the venue or Long Beach Airport (LGB), approximately 18 miles away. 

Parking is available at the Disneyland®  Hotel for overnight guests at the rate of $45 USD per car per night for self-parking or $75 per car per night for valet.  For drive-in guests, parking is available at the rate of $45 USD per car per day for self-parking or $75 USD per car per day for valet. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
