We’re planning an exciting social event to bring everyone together in true Austin style! Think great food, local vibes, and plenty of opportunities to relax and connect with your fellow PSU attendees. Dust off your boots for a night of true Austin nightlife, featuring the vocals of Lucas Hudgins, a household name to country music fans in Texas. Join us at the Belmont for a reception with the opportunity to socialize with your fellow PowerSchool users on Wednesday, February 25, followed by live music and dancing.

The Belmont is approximately 4 minutes on foot (0.5 miles) from the JW Marriott Austin. Guests are responsible for getting themselves to and from the venue.

The cost of the social event is included in your PSU Austin registration, but all PSU attendees must RSVP for this event. Attendees may bring a single guest for the discounted rate of $125.

If you wish to bring a single guest, you must RSVP by February 13 by selecting Attending with Guest and providing their name. Guest tickets are available at the discounted rate of $125, payable in advance via CVENT.

In an effort to control event cost, PowerSchool University will not have replacement laptops available.

To actively participate in hands-on activities and to access curriculum, bring a laptop with you. Your laptop must have administrative access in order to download any required content or programs.

Attire – What to Wear

PowerSchool University is casual, so please wear what is comfortable to you. Keep in mind that temperatures in the meeting spaces can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a sweater and dressing in layers.

Certificate of Participation

A Certificate of Participation will be made available to all participants on Customer Education Campus. Instructions for accessing the certificate will be sent via email at the conclusion of the event.

PSU Austin sessions and meals will take place at the JW Marriott Austin. We’ve arranged a nightly discount rate of$339 + tax USD.

The recommended airport for PSU Austin is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), approximately 7 miles from JW Marriott Austin.    

Parking is available at the JW Marriott at the rate of $24 USD per day for self-parking or $69 USD per day for valet.   

 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Friday, Jan 23, 2026. Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
