PowerSchool University offers a variety of events tailored to meet your diverse training needs. Whether you prefer the rapid pace of PSU Express, the extended learning and networking opportunities at PSU Engage, the convenience of in-person instruction and access to 1-on-1 support with PSU Signature events, or the flexibility of PSU Remote Plus, we have an event that aligns with your schedule and learning style. Each event is designed with distinct features to help you make the most of your PowerSchool solutions!

What to Expect at Check In

During check-in, you’ll receive your conference badge and other materials.

Attendees must bring a laptop to participate in this hands-on training.  Please bring it with you during check-in time. Learn more about hardware recommendations.

PSU Check In
Attire – What to Wear

PowerSchool University is casual, so please wear what is comfortable to you. Keep in mind that temperatures in the hotel and convention center rooms can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a sweater and dressing in layers.

Certificate of Participation

A Certificate of Participation will be made available to all participants on Customer Education Campus. Instructions for accessing the certificate will be sent via email at the conclusion of the event.

Hotel Information

PSU Engage New Haven sessions and meals will be held at the Omni New Haven at Yale. 

PSU has arranged a discounted guest room rate of $199 + taxes and fees per night.  Just extended! The preferred rate is now available until September 12, 2025 through the PSU online reservation link or by calling +1 203-772-6664.  Be sure to mention PSU to get the discounted rate.  Any rooms booked after September 12 may not receive the discounted rate. 

  • Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis 
  • Reservations made after September 12 are accepted based on availability and may not receive the conference rate 
  • A credit deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each reservations 
  • The preferred rate is available three days prior and three days after the event, based on availability 
  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am 
Travel Information

Tweed New Haven Airport (HVN) is the airport in closest proximity to Omni New Haven at Yale, approximately 4.5 miles. For more flight options, we also recommend Bradley International Airport (BDL), approximately 54 miles away or John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK), approximately 78 miles from the Omni. 

Valet parking is available onsite at the Omni New Haven at Yale for $30 per night, and covered self-parking is available for $25 with in/out privileges. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Friday, August 29, 2025. Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
