Tuition for PowerSchool University varies by location and event type. Visit the specific event page for the tuition cost.
Invoice – To receive an invoice, select “Please send me an invoice,” and a new invoice will automatically be sent to the billing contact for the school/district listed on your registration. Payment of your invoice is due 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Existing Funds – To use existing funds, select “Please use my existing funds,” and provide your project or quote number in the field provided. You will receive a notification once your funds are applied and your seat is confirmed.
PowerPass – To use your PowerPass funds, select “PowerPass,” and provide your project or quote number in the field provided. You will receive a notification once your funds are applied and your seat is confirmed.
To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) one month prior to check-in for your event.
Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
PowerSchool University is casual, so please wear what is comfortable to you. Keep in mind that temperatures in the hotel and convention center rooms can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a sweater and dressing in layers.

Yes, there is a reserved room block for onsite PowerSchool University events. Visit the event page for hotel and room block information.
The class schedules for onsite events will be posted closer to each event. All registered attendees will receive an email once the schedule for their event is available, at which time they can select their courses. You will have the ability to select and edit your course schedule up to and throughout your PowerSchool University experience.
Experience level is determined by your daily usage of PowerSchool and your previous training experience. For a clear understanding of your level, please visit the Course Catalog. Each course description includes a summary of experience level and a recommendation regarding who should take each class.

For onsite events, you may select up to 26 hours of hands-on training, in addition to optional bonus sessions, one-on-one appointments and evening lab assistance. For online events, you may select up to 30 hours of hands-on training, in addition to optional bonus sessions.
Yes, as part of your PowerSchool University tuition, you are eligible for two free certification exams on two different topics. To achieve certification success, suggested course tracks are recommended but not required (except where noted below). If you would like to participate in certification, please make your selections on your registration form. There is no obligation to take the exams and you can edit your selections anytime through the end of your PowerSchool University event. Certifications vary by event and location. Yes, you can earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) toward professional development when you attend instructor-led sessions as part of PowerSchool University. Click here for more information on the process for CEU credits.
Yes, by making a SupportLab appointment. SupportLab experts will be staffed by demand per state, based on registration.
Yes, there will be several opportunities to receive one-on-one assistance. Make a SupportLab appointment with a member of the technical support team or visit our Open Lab hour on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday for help.
