4 Days of Training

Attend four days of training within PowerSchool solutions to gain hands-on professional development for novice to advanced PowerSchool users.

Individual Assistance

Take advantage of Open Lab or schedule a SupportLab appointment to get individual help or advice regarding your own data or technical support questions.

Catered Event Meals

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on instructional days (Monday-Thursday).

Loaner Laptop (Per Request)

Request a loaner laptop, if needed, to use during your classes during the event.

Tuesday Social Event

Join us Tuesday night for a chance to network with fellow PowerSchool users with a one-of-a-kind event, including a reception and entertainment for PSU attendees.

The PSU Learning Experience

We want you to leave PowerSchool University with all of your questions answered. You’ll work directly within PowerSchool solutions and receive step-by-step, hands-on training throughout every course. This specialized training allows you to return to your district and immediately implement what you’ve learned.

You will also receive special, extended PSU access to a sample of our PD+ self-paced training.

We are thrilled to announce that Jason Springel, the renowned PowerSchool Evangelist, will be gracing our event as a keynote presenter! With an impressive 19-year tenure at PowerSchool, Jason has become a living embodiment of the PowerSchool ethos. At PSU, you’ll have the opportunity not only to hear Jason speak live but also to tap into the wealth of knowledge he shares regularly as the charismatic host of the PowerSchool Insider podcast.

PSU Social Event

Join us for a reception at the Disneyland® Hotel and the opportunity to socialize with your fellow PowerSchool users on Tuesday, June 25. Then, head to Disneyland® Park with a complimentary twilight pass.

4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Reception at the Disneyland® Hotel
4:00 p.m. – Close: Visit Disneyland® Park

Twilight park ticket is only good for the evening of Tuesday, June 25 at Disneyland® beginning at 4:00 p.m.; attendance at the reception is optional if you wish to go to the park directly.

All PSU attendees must RSVP for the social event
The cost of this event is included in your PSU Anaheim registration
Attendees may bring a single guest for the discounted rate of $150

To sign up for or decline this event, go to My Events, then My Registrations and click RSVP under Exclusives. The cost of this event is included with your PSU tuition. There is no additional cost for your participation in the social event.

If you wish to bring a single guest, you must RSVP by May 17 by selecting Attending with Guest and providing their name. Guest tickets are available at the discounted rate of $150, payable in advance via CVENT.

All attendees and guests must be 21 or older.

Discounted Disneyland® Tickets

Discounted Disneyland® tickets are available starting March 2 for advance purchase on the PSU Disneyland® website. The online ticket store is available until Friday, June 21 at 9:00 pm PT. To receive the discount, tickets must be purchased in advance.

If you plan to use your own laptop or other device, please bring it with you during check-in time. Learn more about hardware recommendations.

PowerSchool University is casual, so please wear what is comfortable to you. Keep in mind that temperatures in the meeting spaces can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a sweater and dressing in layers.

If you borrowed a device, please return it during check out time between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the last day of the event.

A Certificate of Participation will be made available to all participants on Customer Education Campus. Instructions for accessing the certificate will be sent via email at the conclusion of the event.

PSU Anaheim sessions and meals take place at the Disneyland® Hotel . We’ve arranged a nightly discount rate of $264 + tax. There is also a nightly discount at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa for $352 + tax.

Book your room at the preferred rate by Friday, May 24 using the dedicated PSU online reservation site or call (714) 520-5005. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Reservations received after Friday, May 24 may not receive the discounted conference rate and will be accepted based on availability
A credit card deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual reservation
Want to extend your stay? The preferred rate is available three days prior and three days after the event, based on availability
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am

Traveling to PSU Anaheim via John Wayne Airport (SNA)
Recommended Airport is the John Wayne Airport (SNA), approximately 15 miles from the Disneyland® Resort.

Traveling to PSU Los Angeles International (LAX)
You can also fly into the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which is a larger airport and has more airline options but is approximately 34 miles from the Disneyland® Resort.

Parking is available at the Disneyland® Hotel for overnight guests at the rate of $35 per car per night for self-parking or $50 per car per night for valet. For drive-in guests, parking is available at the rate of $35 per car per day for self-parking or $50 per car per day for valet.

To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Friday, May 24, 2024. Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
