What is PSU Global?

Join us for PowerSchool’s very first offering of an onsite PowerSchool University outside of North America. Gather with PowerSchool users from around the world to participate in hands-on training sessions led by PowerSchool’s certified trainers.  

Are you planning to attend GESS Dubai? PSU Global is conveniently scheduled to occur prior to this event and located close by to ensure you can do both!  

What does PSU Global have to Offer? 

  • Participate in three, two-hour and one, one-hour sessions daily led by certified PowerSchool trainers and subject matter experts, providing a perfect balance of in-depth learning and practical application 
  • Immerse yourself in focused and engaging content designed to enhance your PowerSchool skills, provide insight into best practices, and stay ahead of the curve with updated information and the latest features to empower your role in education  
  • Experience the Curriculum Connection (CC), PSU’s onsite digital curriculum tool with personalized bookmarks and direct links to surveys, streamlining your interaction with digital resources and feedback mechanisms   
  • Build a strong professional network with peers from across the globe that extends beyond the event, creating lasting relationships in the PowerSchool community

Tuition for PSU Global includes the following amenities:

2 Days of Training

Attend two days of training within PowerSchool solutions to gain hands-on professional development for novice to advanced PowerSchool users. Courses will be taught in English.

Course Content – Curriculum Connection (CC)

Access digital curriculum for a variety of PowerSchool solutions. Access extends beyond your week at our event so that you can continue learning!

Catered Event Meals

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, breaks and hot lunches on instructional days

Networking Event

Join us after class on Sunday for a cocktail reception to meet and mingle with fellow PowerSchool users and staff.

Tuition does not include travel, lodging, ground transportation, or other expenses.

The PSU Learning Experience

We want you to leave PSU with all of your questions answered. You’ll work directly within PowerSchool solutions and receive step-by-step, hands-on training throughout every course. This specialized training allows you to return to your school and immediately implement what you’ve learned.

What to Expect at Check In

During check-in, you’ll receive: 

  • Your schedule and other materials 
  • Instructions for accessing the network and curriculum

Attendees must bring a laptop to participate in this hands-on training.  Please bring it with you during check-in time. Learn more about hardware recommendations.

Certificate of Participation

A Certificate of Participation will be made available to all participants on Customer Education Campus. Instructions for accessing the certificate will be sent via email at the conclusion of the event.

Dubai International Airport (DXB): Located just a few kilometers away from the city center, Dubai International Airport is one of the world’s busiest and offers extensive connectivity to global destinations. Cancelation Policy

To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 17:00(GST) on Wednesday, 9 October, 2024. Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
