Join us for an unforgettable experience as we celebrate the 25th year of PowerSchool University at the iconic Disneyland® Hotel in sunny Southern California! Since 2000, PowerSchool University has been empowering educators, and this milestone year promises to be our best yet! Over four action-packed days, you’ll dive deep into a variety of PowerSchool solutions with hands-on training, gaining expertise through more than 90 courses tailored to your skill level and role.

We are excited to celebrate with you at our PowerSchool University events throughout 2025! You’ll enjoy presentations featuring exclusive “Insider” information, daily celebrations with exciting raffles, and special 25th anniversary souvenirs to mark the occasion!

Tuition for PowerSchool University includes the following amenities:

4 Days of Training

Attend four days of training within PowerSchool solutions to gain hands-on professional development for novice to advanced PowerSchool users.

Course Content – Curriculum Connection (CC)

Access digital curriculum for a variety of PowerSchool solutions. This access extends beyond your week at PSU so that you can continue learning!

Catered Event Meals

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on instructional days (Monday-Thursday).

Social Event & Networking Opportunities

Take advantage of several networking events throughout the week, including our signature Tuesday night social, which features a reception and entertainment exclusively for PSU attendees.

Tuition does not include travel, lodging, ground transportation, or other expenses.

The PSU Learning Experience

We want you to leave PowerSchool University with all of your questions answered. You’ll work directly within PowerSchool solutions and receive step-by-step, hands-on training throughout every course. This specialized training allows you to return to your district and immediately implement what you’ve learned.

You will also receive special, extended PSU access to a sample of our PD+ self-paced training.

PSU Social Event

Join us for a reception at the Disneyland® Hotel and the opportunity to socialize with your fellow PowerSchool users on Tuesday, March 18. Then, head to Disney California Adventure park with a complimentary twilight pass.

4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Reception at the Disneyland® Hotel
4:00 p.m. – Close: Visit Disney California Adventure Park

Twilight park ticket is only good for the evening of Tuesday, March 18 at Disney California Adventure park beginning at 4:00 p.m.; attendance at the reception is optional if you wish to go to the park directly.

All PSU attendees must RSVP for the social event
The cost of this event is included in your PSU Anaheim registration
Attendees may bring a single guest for the discounted rate of $175 USD

To sign up for or decline this event, go to My Events, then My Registrations and click RSVP under Exclusives. The cost of this event is included with your PSU tuition. There is no additional cost for your participation in the social event.

If you wish to bring a single guest, you must RSVP by February 14 by selecting Attending with Guest and providing their name. Guest tickets are available at the discounted rate of $175, payable in advance via CVENT.

All attendees and guests must be 21 or older.

OC Animal Allies is a non-profit organization whose programs are aimed at saving the lives of animals by providing community education, emergency resources, and referral services to Orange County community residents. Discounted Disneyland® Tickets 

Starting September 25^th, discounted Disneyland^® tickets are available for advance purchase through the PSU Disneyland^®  website. Tickets are valid from Thursday, March 13 to Monday, March 24, 2025. The online ticket store is available until Saturday, March 15 at 9:00 pm PT.  To receive the discount, tickets must be purchased in advance.

In an effort to control event cost, PowerSchool University will not have replacement laptops available.

To actively participate in hands-on activities and to access curriculum, bring a laptop with you. Your laptop must have administrative access in order to download any required content or programs.

Please work with your IT department to ensure you have access.  Learn more about hardware recommendations.

PowerSchool University is casual, so please wear what is comfortable to you. Keep in mind that temperatures in the meeting spaces can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a sweater and dressing in layers.

A Certificate of Participation will be made available to all participants on Customer Education Campus. Instructions for accessing the certificate will be sent via email at the conclusion of the event.

PSU Anaheim sessions and meals take place at the Disneyland® Hotel. We’ve arranged a nightly discount rate of $274 USD + tax.

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis
Reservations received after Friday, February 14 may not receive the discount conference rate and will be accepted based on availability
A credit card deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual reservation
Want to extend your stay? The preferred rate is available three days prior and three days after the event, based on availability.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am.

Traveling to PSU Anaheim via John Wayne Airport (SNA)
Recommended Airport is the John Wayne Airport (SNA), approximately 15 miles from the Disneyland® Resort.

Traveling to PSU Los Angeles International (LAX)
You can also fly into the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which is a larger airport and has more airline options but is approximately 34 miles from the Disneyland® Resort.

Parking is available at the Disneyland® Hotel for overnight guests at the rate of $40 USD per car per night for self-parking or $70 per car per night for valet. For drive-in guests, parking is available at the rate of $40 USD per car per day for self-parking or $70 USD per car per day for valet.

To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Friday, February 14, 2025. Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
