Tuition for PowerSchool University includes the following amenities:

4 Days of Training

Attend four days of training within PowerSchool solutions to gain hands-on professional development for novice to advanced PowerSchool users.

Individual Assistance

Take advantage of Open Lab or schedule a SupportLab appointment to get individual help or advice regarding your own data or technical support questions.

Catered Event Meals

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on instructional days (Monday-Thursday).

Loaner Laptop (Per Request)

Request a loaner laptop, if needed, to use during your classes during the event.

Join us Tuesday for a reception at the Swan and Dolphin. Then, head to Disney's Hollywood Studios with a complimentary twilight pass.

The PSU Learning Experience

We want you to leave PSU with all of your questions answered. You’ll work directly within PowerSchool solutions and receive step-by-step, hands-on training throughout every course. This specialized training allows you to return to your district and immediately implement what you’ve learned.

You will also receive special, extended PSU access to a sample of our PD+ self-paced training.

PSU Social Event

Join us Tuesday, February 28 for a reception at the Swan and Dolphin. Then, head to Disney’s Hollywood Studios with a complimentary twilight pass.

Twilight park ticket is only good for the evening of Tuesday, February 28 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Disney’s Hollywood Studios twilight ticket is valid beginning at 5:00 p.m.; attendance at the reception is optional if you wish to go to the park directly
All PSU attendees must RSVP for the social event
The cost of this event is included in your PSU Orlando registration
Attendees may bring a single guest for the discounted rate of $125. All attendees and guests must be 21 or older to attend the social event

Are you looking to prioritize your health and wellness? The PowerSchool University team is committed to promoting educator wellness by helping you discover ways to address the physical and mental stress that your work environment can bring.

During PowerSchool University, we will offer bonus sessions and activities that focus on physical and mental health, as well as stress management and relaxation techniques to help you stay focused, energized, and motivated!

Sue Miller, LMT, NMT

Throughout the week, you’ll have opportunities to connect with neuromuscular therapist Sue Miller, LMT, NMT, for an exploration of how to reduce stress, improve mental health, and eliminate potential pain-causing behaviors. Sue will also host a wellness “support desk” where attendees can discuss their personal wellness challenges.

We encourage you to join us as we promote educator wellness for learning, growth, and self-care!

PowerSchool University is casual, so please wear what is comfortable to you. Keep in mind that temperatures in the hotel and convention center rooms can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a sweater and dressing in layers.

If you borrowed a device, please return it during check out time between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the last day of the event.

A Certificate of Participation will be made available to all participants on Customer Education Campus. Instructions for accessing the certificate will be sent via email at the conclusion of the event.

Recommended Airport is the Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately 20 miles from the Walt Disney World Swan And Dolphin.

Various transportation options are available from MCO to Walt Disney World Swan And Dolphin including ride shares and taxis. Shuttle service is also available through Mears Connect.

Parking is available at the Walt Disney World Swan And Dolphin for participants who are driving to PSU Orlando. For hotel guests, self-parking is $32 per day and valet is $42 per day. Both parking options include in/out privileges. For participants who will drive to PSU Orlando each day, self-parking is $32 per day. Please note this rate is for once in, once out.

To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
