Attend four days of training within PowerSchool solutions to gain hands-on professional development for novice to advanced PowerSchool users.

Individual Assistance

Take advantage of Open Lab or schedule a SupportLab appointment to get individual help or advice regarding your own data or technical support questions.

Catered Event Meals

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on instructional days (Monday-Thursday).

Loaner Laptop (Per Request)

Request a loaner laptop, if needed, to use during your classes during the event.

Tuesday Social Event

Join us Tuesday for a reception at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista, and then head to Disney's Magic Kingdom with a complimentary twilight pass.

Are you looking to prioritize your health and wellness? The PowerSchool University  team is committed to promoting educator wellness by helping you discover ways to address the physical and mental stress that your work environment can bring.

During PowerSchool University, we will offer bonus sessions and activities that focus on physical and mental health, as well as stress management and relaxation techniques to help you stay focused, energized, and motivated!

Sue Miller, LMT, NMT

Throughout the week, you’ll have opportunities to connect with neuromuscular therapist Sue Miller, LMT, NMT, for an exploration of how to reduce stress, improve mental health, and eliminate potential pain-causing behaviors. Sue will also host a wellness “support desk” where attendees can discuss their personal wellness challenges.

We encourage you to join us as we promote educator wellness for learning, growth, and self-care!

  • Ticket(s) to the social event (if requested in advance)

Attire – What to Wear

PowerSchool University is casual, so please wear what is comfortable to you. Keep in mind that temperatures in the hotel and convention center rooms can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a sweater and dressing in layers.

Conference Check Out

If you borrowed a device, please return it during check out time between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the last day of the event. 

Certificate of Participation

A Certificate of Participation will be made available to all participants on Customer Education Campus. Instructions for accessing the certificate will be sent via email at the conclusion of the event.

Discounted Walt Disney World® Park tickets are available for advance purchase on the dedicated PSU ticket website. Partial and full day tickets are available for purchase until March 2, 2024.

Hotel Information

PSU Orlando sessions and meals take place at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. We’ve arranged a nightly discounted rate of $224 + taxes and fees, with an optional resort fee of $35 (opt in or out at check-in).

Book your room at the preferred rate by Friday, February 9 using the PSU online reservation link or calling 407.827.4000. To reserve your room at this location, access the link below.  Any rooms booked after February 9 may not have the discounted rate.

  • Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis
  • Reservations received after Friday, February 9 may not receive the discount conference rate and will be accepted based on availability
  • A credit card deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual reservation
  • The preferred rate is available three days prior and three days after the event, based on availability
  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am
Travel Information

Recommended Airport is the Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately 20 miles from the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista.  

Various transportation options are available from MCO to Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista including ride shares and taxis. Shuttle service is also available through Mears Connect.

Parking is available at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista for participants who are driving to PSU Orlando. For hotel guests, self-parking is $25 + tax per night and valet is $35 + tax per night. The same rates apply for daily drive-ins, with no in/out privileges. 

Cancelation Policy

To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
